Subscription terms

FreedomUSA Family VPN includes up to five VPN devices and parental controls. The seven-day free trial automatically renews at $4.95 USD monthly through PayPal until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the VPN Portal billing page. No additional subscription charges will be made. When a paid billing period remains, access continues through that period; cancellation during the free trial may end access immediately.

Refunds

Completed monthly charges are normally non-refundable. FreedomUSA will review duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and refunds required by applicable law. Contact us promptly for assistance.

Privacy

FreedomUSA stores the account, device, subscription, security, and limited network-usage records needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell customer personal information. PayPal processes payment credentials under PayPal’s own privacy terms; FreedomUSA does not store full card or bank information.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, intrusion, malware distribution, harassment, or infringement. FreedomUSA may suspend service when necessary to protect customers, networks, or comply with law.
